EIGHT BLUES IN MAORI ALL BLACKS SQUAD

The Blues have eight players named in the 2025 Māori All Blacks Squad.

Experienced hooker Kurt Eklund returns to the Māori All Blacks jersey and will captain the side, while lock Laghlan McWhannell re-joins the squad and prop Mason Tupaea earns his first call-up.

In the backs, veteran halfback Sam Nock adds his experience alongside Corey Evans Zarn Sullivan, Cole Forbes and debutant Xavi Taele.
