Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance
Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Promoter
The Promoters (“Promoters”, “we”, “us”, “our”) are Blues Limited Partnership (“Blues”) and SAIC Motor Australia Pty Ltd, trading as MG Motor New Zealand (“MG Motor NZ”), located at Level 3, 10–12 Manukau Road, Epsom, Auckland 1023.

3. Promotion Type
This promotion is a game of chance. Skill plays no part in determining the winner. The winner will be selected entirely by random draw.

4. Eligibility
Entry is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over at the time of entry who hold a valid New Zealand Restricted or Full Driver Licence.

The following are not eligible to enter:
• Employees of MG Motor New Zealand
• Employees of Blues
• Employees of Lassoo  Media Limited.
• Employees of any other agencies, suppliers, or contractors directly associated with the promotion
• Immediate family members of any of the above

The Promoters reserve the right to verify eligibility prior to and as a condition of awarding the Prize.

5. Promotion Period
The promotion opens at 12:00pm NZDT on Monday 9 February 2026 and closes at 11:59pm NZST on Sunday 28 June 2026.

6. How to Enter

Method A – Ticket Purchases:
Five (5) entries per ticket purchased for any Blues 2026 regular season home game played at Eden Park. Super Round and non-regular-season matches are excluded. Purchasers must select the “YES” option when prompted at the Blues ticket checkout on the transaction page to enter under Method A.

Method B – Blues Members:
Blues Members who opt in by emailing Blues receive ten (10) entries. Once opted in, members receive five (5) additional entries for each eligible home game they scan into.

Method C – Free Online Entry:
One (1) free entry per person for the entire promotion period via:

Entries are cumulative across methods. There is no maximum total number of entries per person, except for the free online entry method in Method C which has a maximum of one (1) free entry per person.

7. Prize
One (1) 2026 MG ZS Vibe Turbo vehicle with a maximum retail value of $27,990 NZD plus on-road costs (“Prize”).

The Prize (being the 2026 MG ZS Vibe Turbo vehicle):
• May have reasonable kilometres on the odometer (of no more than 300km) due to promotional use
• Includes the registration of the vehicle for road use in New Zealand, which includes issuing the vehicle with licence plates. For the avoidance of doubt, the vehicle will not be provided with current licensing (i.e. rego / WOF). • Does not include vehicle licensing (i.e. rego / WOF), insurance or any other costs associated with the ongoing maintenance of the Prize
• Is not transferable or redeemable for cash
• Must be registered in the winner’s name

The winner of the draw must provide valid photo ID and a valid NZ Restricted or Full Driver Licence prior to receiving the Prize.

8. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected by random draw from all valid entries on Wednesday 1 July 2026 (“Winner”).

9. Winner Notification
The Winner will be notified within 24 hours following the draw. If the Winner does not provide a response to the Promoters within 72 hours, or if the Winner is ineligible to receive the Prize, a redraw may occur at the Promoters’ discretion.

10. Prize Collection
The Prize is located in Auckland. If the Winner is based outside of Auckland, they must collect the Prize at their own expense.

11. Publicity
By accepting the Prize, the Winner agrees to participate in promotional activity including photography, video, social media, and giveaway content.

12. Privacy
Information collected will be used to administer the promotion and shared between the Promoters. Entrants consent to receiving communications and may opt out at any time. Information will be held in accordance with the respective privacy policies of the Promoters and otherwise in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020.

13. Liability
Except where prohibited by law, the Promoters are not responsible for loss, damage, or injury arising from participation or acceptance of the Prize.

14. Technical Issues
The Promoters are not responsible for technical failures, system errors, website outages, QR code malfunctions, or lost or corrupted entries.

15. Modification or Cancellation
The Promoters reserve the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion due to circumstances beyond their control.

16. General
Only one (1) prize will be awarded. Any tax implications are the responsibility of the winner. Any decision of the Promoters in respect of the Prize is final.

17. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand.

18. The Promoters reserve the right to request proof of a Winner’s identity for the Prize, in the form of a driver’s licence and proof of address in a form acceptable to the Promoters. In the event that the Winner cannot provide the Promoter with proof of identity reasonably acceptable to the Promoters, the Promoters may withdraw the Prize and select another winner for the Prize.

19. Neither the Promoters nor any other person or party associated with this Promotion shall be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with either participation in this Promotion or with the Prize including (without limitation) any activities undertaken in connection with any Prize offered.
