Terms and Conditions

1. In order to be eligible for a chance to win a prize package for the Blues v Moana Pasifika game, Eden Park, Saturday 6th May 2023, consisting of:

a. hospitality in the Blues Premier Lounge located in the South Stand at Eden Park, with food and beverage provided valued at approximately $385 excluding GST per person;

b. premium match day seat located outside the Blues Premier Lounge valued at approximately $60 excluding GST per person; and

c. a ‘behind the scenes’ match day experience delivered at a time suitable to Blues Rugby,

(Prize) a person must:

i. purchase one or more Blues ALL IN memberships by 14th March 2023;

ii. be a new Blues member (not existing as at 27 February 2023);

iii. be an existing nib member at the time of purchasing their Blues ALL IN memberships; and

iv. use the promo code Bluesnib2023 when purchasing their Blues All IN membership at check-out.

2. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers from nib or Blues Rugby.

3. If more than one Blues ALL IN membership is purchased, the Prize will be available to all people connected with that Blues membership account.

4. All eligible purchases will go into the draw for the Prize provided these terms and conditions have been followed correctly. Blues Rugby will contact the winner using contact details provided at the time of purchasing the membership by Tuesday 14th March 2023.

5. The winner will have 5 business days to respond to Blues Rugby communications notifying them they are the winner of the Prize. If the winner does not respond within this time frame, the Prize will be forfeited, and another winner drawn.

6. Components of the Prize may be altered by the Blues if required, including moving the Prize to an alternative Blues home game at Eden Park if the Blues v Moana Pasifika game on Saturday 6th May 2023 is cancelled or postponed. Any substitute component of the Prize will be of the same or lesser value as the Prize.

7. nib is not responsible for the delivery of the Prize and is not liable for any injury or loss that may be suffered as a result of the Prize. Blues Rugby memberships are issued and conducted in accordance with the terms and conditions stipulated by Blues Rugby.

8. No components of the Prize will be paid to the winner in cash. If the winner is unable to redeem the Prize at the Blues v Moana Pasifika match at Eden Park on Saturday 6 May 2023, Blues Rugby may transfer the Prize to another Blues home game at Eden Park at its discretion provided space is available in the hospitality lounge and the Prize is redeemed at a regular Blues 2023 Super Ruby Pacific home game.

9. The Prize does not include accommodation or transportation to the Blues v Moana Pasifika match at Eden Park on Saturday 6 May 2023.

10. The Prize is open to those purchasers 18-years and over however if an eligible membership has been purchased for a child in that account, that child can receive the Prize provided they are accompanied by an adult over 18 years who also purchased an eligible membership.

11. Blues Rugby and nib employees and their family members (including spouses, grandparents, parents, children and grandchildren) cannot enter this competition.
