Lock Cam Christie continues his rise through the Blues pathway, earning his first full Super Rugby contract in 2025 after progressing from a National Development Contract.

A former Orewa College student, Christie represents North Harbour in the Bunnings NPC and has long been part of the Blues system, featuring for the club’s Under-17, Under-18, and Under-20 teams.

A tall, athletic lock with a strong set-piece presence, Christie has also represented New Zealand at age-group level, travelling to South Africa with the New Zealand Under-20s for the World Rugby U20 Championship.

He is contracted with the Blues through until the end of the 2027 season.
