BLUES & EMPLOYMENT HERO SIGN MUTUALLY BENEFICIAL AGREEMENT

In a New Zealand Super Rugby first, the Blues has partnered with Employment Hero for the 2024 season.

The Blues implemented Employment Hero into their business in 2023 to better care for and nurture staff with a major focus on personal and professional development.

With an all-in-one Recruitment, HR Software, Payroll & Benefits platform for both employers & employees, Employment Hero CEO Ben Thompson, said the Blues partnership was a great fit.

“This partnership with the Blues will allow us to reach even more local businesses across Auckland and continue to show New Zealanders why Employment Hero is perfectly suited to anyone seeking to make employment easier and more valuable,” said Thompson.

The Employment Hero brand will appear on signage and the big screen at Blues home matches throughout the 2024 season and match day hospitality will provide Employment Hero a great opportunity to host clients.

Blues CEO, Andrew Hore, said the partnership makes sense and delivers genuine benefits for both parties.

“One of our major strategic pillars is to grow and nurture our people, so it’s fantastic to be partnering with a business whose platform empowers staff, including coaches, to develop and document their growth journey,” said Hore.

“We’re equally delighted to support Employment Hero in driving business outcomes and hope this is the start of a long partnership,” he said.
