2027 BLUES SCHEDULE CONFIRMED

The Blues will open their 2027 Super Rugby Pacific season against the defending champion Hurricanes at Eden Park.

The campaign spans 16 matches across 17 rounds, beginning Saturday 13 February, the first of seven Eden Park fixtures, with an eighth home game on the road for Super Round.

Eden Park hosts some of the season’s biggest match-ups.

The Crusaders arrive for a Sunday afternoon blockbuster on 28 February, the Queensland Reds on Saturday 6 March, and the Chiefs on Friday 9 April.

The Brumbies and Fijian Drua follow in early May, before the Highlanders close out the Eden Park season on Saturday 29 May.

The Blues have a home away from home game against the NSW Waratahs at One New Zealand Stadium on Saturday 3 April at 7.35pm, with all five Round 8 matches played at the Christchurch venue.

The road campaign starts in Round 2 with a trip to Forsyth Barr Stadium to face the Highlanders on Saturday 20 February.

That’s followed by a Saturday night showdown with the Chiefs in Hamilton on Saturday 13 March and a trip to Fiji to meet the Drua on Saturday 20 March. The Blues then front the Crusaders in Christchurch on Friday 26 March.

After the Round 10 bye, the Australian leg begins.

The season features an Anzac weekend blockbuster with a match-up against the Reds at Suncorp Stadium on Saturday 24 April ahead of the All Blacks vs Wallabies Bledisloe Cup Test the following day.

The Blues go up against the Western Force in Perth on Saturday 15 May, and the Waratahs at Allianz Stadium on Saturday 22 May.

The season ends as it began against the Hurricanes, on Friday 4 June at Hnry Stadium in Wellington.
