DONATE USED BOOTS to the KIDS who need them most.

​Blues Best Foot Forward is an initiative to ensure children don’t miss out on the opportunity of playing rugby due to the cost of rugby boots. ​

Under this concept, Blues staff and players have helped to help clean, lace-up and distribute boots back into our communities. ​

In 2020 and 2021, the Blues distributed over 1,000 pairs of boots to youth in our region. In 2022, with the support of 15 New Zealand Schools, the Blues sent a 40 Foot container with 20,000 pairs of shoes and boots to Tonga. ​

This year, the Best Foot Forward initiative will support BOOT IT, an existing charity giving boots to children within the Blues Rugby community.

How can you donate?

You can drop off any pre-loved boots that still have life left in them to us here at Blues HQ 32 Campbell Crescent Epsom Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm.

There are also a number of schools and rugby clubs that have put their hand up to be donation points.. See below for details.

  • Auckland Normal Intermediate
