A prop with plenty of potential, PJ Sheck was born in Porirua and has played 25 games for Wellington in the Bunnings NPC. 

Sheck has made his Super Rugby debut already, running out for the Highlanders in 2023 for just the one match. 

2024 presents an opportunity for stability for Sheck as part of the Blues squad and he will be looking forward to the opportunity to rub shoulders with his fellow Blues props and learn from their international experiences.
