Here’s what you told us in 2025, and what we’re doing about it in 2026.
If you cast your mind back to last season, nearly 100 members completed our member survey. This is a great way for us to gather feedback from our members and continue to improve what we can offer. And we promise we haven’t put them in a drawer to gather dust. In the off-season we’ve been quietly working away to give you, our members, even more this season. Here’s the thing though – sometimes not everyone agrees on what they want – so this season we’ve tried to introduce even more flexibility so there should be a membership that suits everybody!
We're continuously looking for opportunities for our members to get a great deal, exclusive experience or information first. We'll keep updating this page as we lock in even more perks for our members.
The most important part of your membership was your reserved seating.
Our all-in membership will continue to give you a reserved seat to all round-robin home matches and first right of refusal for your same seat for any home playoffs. Also, our new three game bundles also give you a reserved seat for three selected matches during the season – just choose the pack that works for you.
You sometimes questioned the value for money of a membership, due to in-season promotions.
We’ve taken into account likely single ticket deals throughout the season to make sure our memberships remain the best value for money, no matter any ticket deals.
The stand being removed from the lounge negatively impacted your enjoyment of the lounge.
Unfortunately, this is a hard one for us to solve. It was a venue decision to remove the seats from the West Stand. But we'll be looking for ways to bring new initiatives into the lounge to ensure it's a place you'll still want to visit on your way to your seat.
Some of you loved the member merch packs and enjoyed getting something exclusive to members. Some of you could easily enjoy your member seats without too many addons.
While we can’t cater to everyone’s preference, we thought this year we’d try something new. All members will receive a limited edition 30 year anniversary scarf. This is a keepsake not available for sale to the general public. Reducing to one special item instead of a full pack means we can reduce membership prices, leaving you with more money in your pocket to spend how you want. And if you want more tailored Blues gear, you can always use your 10% member discount online or in the stadium on match day.
You wanted to feel special.
Our members are so important to our club and we're always looking for ways to show our appreciation. This year we'll be formalising our member appreciation round, introducing new benefits like allowing members to enter Eden Park first, plus more to come!

We’ll be changing up how we communicate with our members, alongside email, we'll be using a more detailed member hub on our website to show all the benefits, plus we’re looking into a Whatsapp channel for quick updates, early content and polls delivered straight to your phone.
You might not renew for next season due to not being able to attend all matches.
In 2026 we’ll be introducing the ability to sell your member seats. This means, you’ll be able to lock in your favourite seat for the season, but will be able to put it on sale via your own social channels if there’s a match you’re unable to attend. Also, we have a new three game membership, which are three great matches packaged together – and we're open to feedback if you want to adjust which matches you'd like together.
You wanted more chances to mix and mingle with players and get on the field.
Watch this space - we're actively looking at ways for our members to get opportunities to do this more often this season.
You wanted to attend member events but it was difficult to get to events during work and school days.
While we always need to work within the team schedule, we are exploring a weekend event for fans – watch this space! Also our member hub will have more info, earlier, about member events so you can plug them into your calendar early.
You wanted more chances to win prizes .
We’ll continue with our member match day experience – an experience at every home match. Along with even more member exclusive comps and draws throughout the season to win all sorts of Blues prizes.
