Josh Beehre has been part of the Blues development programme for many years and has been rewarded in 2024 with his first full contract at Blues HQ. 

He represented the Blues at both Under-18 and Under-20 level and was around the team in 2023 training under a National Development Contract. 

A stellar 2023 Bunnings NPC campaign with Auckland cemented Beehre in a full playing contract for 2024 - he started nine games and scored an impressive four tries - not bad for someone in the middle of the scrum!

Josh will look to develop his game under the watchful eye of veteran lock Patrick Tuipulotu.
