JD Sports Member Fit Out - Terms and Conditions

Acceptance

  1. This promotion is run by Blues Limited Partnership (Blues Rugby), 32 Campbell Crescent, Epsom, Auckland, New Zealand.

  2. By submitting an entry, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

  3. Entrants under 18 years of age must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to enter and accept these Terms.

Eligibility & Entry

  1. Entry is open to current Blues Members only. Entrants must hold an active membership at the time of entry and at the time of the prize draw.

  2. Entry must be submitted via the official entry form.

  3. Entries close at 11:59pm on 8 February 2026 (Entry Deadline). Entries received after this time will not be accepted.

  4. Blues Rugby staff and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

  5. Blues Rugby is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries.

Prize

  1. One (1) winner will receive a JD Sports Member Fit Out, consisting of:

    • One top

    • One pair of pants or shorts

    • One pair of shoes

  2. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. No substitutions apply.

Prize Redemption

  1. The winner must redeem the prize in-store at JD Sports Sylvia Park during the week commencing 9 February 2026, and no later than 14 February 2026.

  2. Items available for selection are limited to stock available in-store at the time of redemption.

  3. If the prize is not redeemed within this timeframe, it may be forfeited and an alternative winner selected.

Winner Selection

  1. The winner will be drawn at random on Monday 9 February 2026 and contacted using the details provided at entry.

Photography & Promotion

  1. By entering, entrants agree that, if selected as the winner, they consent to photography and/or video being taken during the fit out experience.

  2. The winner grants Blues Rugby and JD Sports the right to use their name, image, and likeness for promotional and marketing purposes across digital channels, social media, and other marketing platforms, without further compensation.

General

  1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blues Rugby and its employees are not liable for any loss, damage, or personal injury suffered in connection with this competition or the use of the prize.

  2. Entrants’ personal information will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 and will not be shared with third parties except as required to administer the competition or by law.

  3. These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand and subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.

  4. Blues Rugby reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition at any time if necessary.
